Jelle Verlinden
Sculptures & recycl'Art
Nature, mainly birds, captured in robust but elegant forms. Made with reused materials like iron and drift wood.
Jelle is giving the material a second life by manually molding and constructing it into a representation of birds. Allowing real birds to stay where they belong, out of the hands of human beings, whilst bringing their spirit close to us.
Galleries and exhibitions
Works of Jelle are on permanent display in various galleries in Ceret, France. In addition his sculptures can been found in temporary exhibitions at locations throughout the region, and by appointment at his atelier at the outskirts of Ceret.
